My approach to achieve full food and exercise freedom is based on the Psychology of Eating Behaviors and the combination of the Science behind Intuitive Eating and Exercising. 

Nutrition and physical movement cannot go without psychology and vice-versa. 

What we eat affects how we feel, and how we feel affects what we eat“ 

Psychology plays a significant part in every area of our life. In fact, psychology can help us to understand why we eat certain foods in certain situations and why we avoid eating food under specific circumstances.

Therefore, it is necessary to listen carefully to someone’s struggles and go a bit deeper in order to understand why these struggles are present in someone’s life.
