I’m the founder of Mind·Body·Nutrition, a new approach towards eating that combines Psychology and Nutrition.
After almost a decade suffering from various types of eating struggles such as binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, yo-yo dieting and exercise addiction, which led me into many physical and mental health issues and even made me drop out of university for 2 years – I was able to successfully recover from it and gain back my precious life.
I’m not only a Lawyer and Culturologist but also an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach who has gained tremendous knowledge of the field of eating disorders and nutrition over the past 15 years.
With all I have gone through, I see it as my purpose in life to support and guide you on your journey towards food freedom and unconditional body acceptance. My main goal as a coach is to help you in regaining a healthy relationship with food, exercise and your body, and becoming an emotionally and mentally strong person that is able to enjoy life again.

On this website, I provide you with all the knowledge and information about the field of eating disorders and (mental and physical) recovery, I have gained over the past 15 years. Eating disorders are not only about the „desire of being thin“ and recovery is not only about „the physical act of eating“. In fact, there’s much more going on behind it than most people know.
Mind·Body·Nutrition stands for a new approach towards eating. As emotional human beings our mental state affects our eating behavior and vice-versa. Through our eating behaviors, we are able to receive a deep insight into our inner self. Therefore, eating cannot be solely seen as a „physical act“ any more but also as a „mental“ one.
