I’m Christina Daidone BSc, LLM, and I am a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach, who helps people in overcoming their body and eating challenges. This could be a negative relationship with food and their body or any kind of disordered eating, eating disorder, body image issue, body dysmorphia and/or losing weight/gaining weight.
My approach is based on the Dynamic Eating Psychology and the science behind intuitive eating and exercising. The combination of psychology and nutrition is the most important tool in order to transform your relationship with food and your body.
I am successfully recovered from various kinds of eating struggles such as binge eating, emotional eating, under eating, endless yo-yo dieting and excessive overexercising.
