With all I’ve gone through in my past, I know how devastating any kind of unwanted eating behavior can be, both mentally as well as physically. Back then when I was recovering from my own health struggles, I promised myself, once I am fully free I will try to help as many people as I can on this planet Earth to rebuild a healthy relationship with food and their body and regain their precious life!
I see it now as my purpose in life to be your guide & mentor that supports you as much as possible in order for you living again the life that you deserve!

My approach to achieve full food and body freedom is based on the Psychology of Eating and the science behind intuitive eating and exercising.
Nutrition and physical movement cannot go without psychology and vice-versa.

Psychology plays a significant role in every area of our life. In fact, psychology can help us to understand why we eat certain foods in certain situations and why we avoid eating food under specific circumstances.
I fully support the idea that there is a message in every eating and body challenge. Which shows that our challenges are not about food, our body or our weight. It is necessary to listen carefully to someone’s eating and body challenges and go a bit deeper in order to understand why these struggles are present in someone’s life.
I don’t support the traditional dieting and fitness approach to achieve body and health goals because if that worked, it would have worked already many years ago!
You deserve a pleasurable relationship with your body and food in order to regain your precious life!
